Youth for Christ

Last weekend we had the privilege to partner with the incredible organization, Box 2 Box, a soccer and academic ministry for refugees immigrants and new American students. A few of the volunteers from Box 2 Box have had a dream of sharing the gospel with the next generation. God brought their dream to reality when Duncan Park was filled with over 50 people ready to hear about the love of Christ last Sunday, September 8th. This was our first time leading a partnership event, and although we learned a lot through the process, it was incredible to watch God pull it all together. We enjoyed a time of live worship (in English AND Kinyarwanda), messages on the gift of salvation and following Jesus, pizza, games and a spontaneous Q & A time with those hungry for more! Please join us in praying for the many students who are ready to follow Jesus and for the Lord to continue watering the seeds that were planted.
